“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭2‬:‭12‬

The spirit of the world has another description, he is the spirit of fear:
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬
It should be clear that as the world embraces his words and pattern their lives accordingly, they are also setting themselves up to respond in fear when they face challenges, but we have received the Spirit of power, love and of a sound mind:
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭18‬
Whatever he brings to our remembrance is for our victory! This is why you must emphasize and celebrate your difference and sanctification from the world; there is nothing good in the path they tread, for you- Christ is your difference, while others cower in fear at the slightest challenge, you have overcome!
