“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
1 Thessalonians 5:18

Isn’t it amazing that there is a response you can have irrespective of the situation and you will definitely be responding according to God’s will?
Giving thanks is that right response for all of us who are in Christ. He says God’s will concerning YOU, is that in everything you give thanks and interestingly, we have examples of him instructing us to give thanks in the most challenging situations:
“My friends, be glad, even if you have a lot of trouble.” James 1:2, CEV
Have a habit of praise and thanksgiving; have a melody of gratitude in your heart to the Lord always, as simple as that is, he says this is one of the things you ought to do to be filled with the Spirit:
“Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is… be filled with the Spirit… Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;” Ephesians 5:17-20
