“That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:” (Ephesians 3:6)

You have become a partaker of the promises in Christ; and he tells us:
“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:” (Ephesians 1:11)
in Christ, you have a destiny and your destiny was not orchestrated by and is not dependent on any man! God gave you a destiny after he consulted his plans and purposes.
You are not an aimless fellow just trying to complete the square of existence on the earth, there is a glorious destiny for you in Christ, and this destiny doesn’t end in you gaining material things or accomplishing the glory of men, it is way better:
“…he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son….” Romans 8:29
Your destiny is to similarly express Jesus to your world.
