“And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”
2 Timothy 3:15

The word of God, when studied, would make you wise unto salvation- he will give you the wisdom you require to save yourself from untoward situations. He will cause you to walk in righteousness, doing the right things and triumphing over situations:
“He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.” Psalm 23:3
“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” 2 Corinthians 2:14
Look at the potency of the word of God- he shatters barriers:
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17
The word of God imparts faith to the listener, but if the man who’s in the presence of the word is deaf and cannot hear, the word of God would restore his hearing first, then impart faith to him- there is no limiting the word of God.
The word of God would give you faith to come out victorious in every situation, even when there seems to be no way out or you perceive you’ve reached a dead end, the word of God would make a way and he is also the beginning.
