“Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also.”  2 Corinthians 8:7

The word of God instructs us to abound in utterance- speak the word of God boldly, consistently and always! Do so in excess; speak to yourself, speak to your environment, speak to your situation, speak to your family- declare and prophesy! Abound in utterance.
He also says, abound in knowledge- the word knowledge is gotten from the Greek ‘gnosis’ which means knowledge gotten through scientific study- knowledge gotten by reading books!
God wants you to abound in reading; abound in studying:
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”  2 Timothy 2:15
He wants you to be a studying workman! Gone are the excuses of being too busy or hustling or working, he wants you to work- study work!
Read your bible and the books in the Bible, so you would be aware of what’s inside and not be ashamed when you try to talk to someone about God and you mix the details or quote a non existent verse of the Bible!
If he says abound in knowledge gotten by study, he is saying abound in reading- create that time for the word of God, create the time to read, it is for your own benefit when you decide to spend time with the one who created the world, if he did that then he can create the opportunities, events and contracts you desire!
