“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.”
Psalms 22:3

Pay attention to this:
“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.” 3 John 1:4
And this:
“Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father…” Proverbs 29:3
The word of God is wisdom, the word of God is truth- nothing gives God greater joy than for us to walk in his word; imagine that! The Bible tells us:
“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” Revelation 4:11
We were created to please him, to give him joy and he had shown us how in Hebrews 11:6.
Faith is acting on the word, keeping the word- absolutely consistent with what we’ve seen so far.
See more from Jesus- the image of the invisible God;
“When Jesus heard these things, he marvelled at him, and turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.” Luke 7:9
What made him marvel and begin to testify? That the Centurion elevated and emphasized his word above all (Luke 7:7)
Isn’t thanking him always for all things, an easy word to keep? Keep his word.
