“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”
Acts 20:32

There is an inheritance for you; you are a child of God:
“And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ…” Romans 8:17
This is the state where eternal life places you:
“That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:7
God is your inheritance- your exceeding great reward; because you have his life and abide in him, he expects you to live for him, as he would if he were on the earth:
“And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.” 2 Corinthians 5:15
Knowing that God is your inheritance, how does this become your daily reality, how do you commune with such information?
“Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.” Psalms 119:57
By keeping his words, finding out what he has said and taking it as your own.
