“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”
Acts 20:32

He tells you what the word of God can do for you- he can build you up, the word can elevate you, if you thought you required some improvements in the way you thought and the results you wrought, he tells you the word can build you up entirely.
He can affect you physically:
“For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” Proverbs 4:22
He is talking about the word of God, and he says the word is health to the flesh of all who pay attention. The word “health” is from the Hebrew “marpe” which literally means “medicine”, no wonder he commends you to the word; that’s the medicine that is sure to proffer a cure because the word made all things including your body and its members.
“For the word of God is quick… piercing even to the dividing asunder… of the joints and marrow…” Hebrews 4:12
Give yourself to the word and watch how everything that concern you becomes upheld and effective:
“…he holds everything together by his powerful command…” Hebrews 1:3, ERV
