“To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:”
Romans 2:7

The Bible tells us:
“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin…” Romans 5:12, 6:23a
So there would have been no death (and all that leads to death eg. sickness) if not for sin. Death came into the world via sin; and so it is no surprise that in dealing with the issue of sin by sending his son, Jesus, he dealt with the issue of sickness as prophesied by Isaiah:
“But he was wounded for our transgressions…and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5
As declared as the present truth by Peter:
“…that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” 1 Peter 2:24
And as expected in our communication and lifestyle:
“And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.” Isaiah 33:24
And so for all who are constantly sickly and weak, Paul renders his diagnosis:
“For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.” 1 Corinthians 11:30-31
It’s not the norm; find yourself rooted in the present truth of what God has wrought!
