“I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.”
1 Timothy 2:8
The Bible says:
“…he hath made us accepted in the beloved.” Ephesians 1:6
We are beloved; permanently dwelling in the beloved; where God loves above all:
“The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.” Psalm 87:2
Not just that, he tells us we are the first and best of his creatures (James 1:18); so what do we do with that information? Firstly, find out how those who God called his beloved were treated in the place of prayer, see Daniel:
“And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved…for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.” Daniel 10:11-12
And guess what, Daniel didn’t possess what we have been given freely: Hebrews 11:39-40
Get excited to pray, God is excited you are about to, and he is more than willing to immediately give you what you want: Psalms 23:1
