“I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2‬:‭8‬

Hear Jesus again:
“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Mark‬ ‭11‬:‭24
What do you desire? There is a place of answers; pray! And when you pray, he said believe that you receive them; meaning before you’re done praying, God has given them to you, you might not see them but that’s why he says BELIEVE THAT YOU RECEIVE THEM! Take hold of what he has placed your name on in the place of prayer.
It’s one thing to ask, it’s another thing to receive, and both actions ought to take place while you’re praying. So he says in the main verse, pray without doubting; if you decided to pray so you’d receive what you want, why give room for doubt? When you’ve received them, it’s yours. If you ask for a glass of water, it’s not enough to be given the glass, you must receive- hold- it and it is after you’ve received it that you can say it is YOURS; if you don’t take a hold of that glass, someone else can take it or break it. When you pray, receive!
