“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”  2 Timothy 1:7

When you got born again the Bible says:
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: And all things are of God…” 2 Corinthians 5:17-18
All things are of God, everything about you is of and from God; now he says he did not give you the spirit of fear- so it is not God’s desire that you’re overtaken by fear or that you are pressured or intimidated.
He says you have received the spirit of power; oh so power is yours, you have received the ability to change things, this means definitely there’s nothing to fear. Do not fear that sickness, that bad news, that sack letter- nothing to fear because you have the ability to change things! You have received power, now that sickness can be healed and the pain gone forever, that sack letter can give room to a better employment offer letter, that bad news can be the first news along the line of really great news!
God ensured fear has no place in you by giving you the spirit of power, anything that should have induced fear inside of you have been overtaken by power and love.
Think about this, if the spirit of power is in you, how can your kidney have issues, how can any cancer survive? It is dwelling within the proximity and in power; it’s like a man standing close to the sun- he’d burn!
So there’s power inside of you, that ulcer or lump can be destroyed today as you speak in other tongues and stir up that power! There really is nothing to fear!
