“If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”  John 15:7

We have a focus in life- the word of God. We know what belongs to us and what does not. Righteousness is ours:
“Our faith in Jesus transfers God’s righteousness to us and he now declares us flawless in his eyes…”  Romans 5:1, TPT
Sickness is not!
“He himself carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we would be dead to sin and live for righteousness. Our instant healing flowed from his wounding.”  1Peter 2:24
The life of excellence and glory is ours:
“…through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:”  2Peter 1:3
The life of failure and loss is not!
You have no business contemplating failure, disappointment etc. Jesus said remain where he has placed you. Since he said when you do, you would get everything you ask for, that means whatever you would ever ask for is already in the word of God.
Someone might have lied against you and called you crooked, you have no business thinking about that- holding on to that thought is going outside the boundary of the word! Focus on the truth revealed to you in the word- that you are righteous and you would live in fulfillment of your expectations.
