“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”
Acts 20:32

He says he commits the church, in his absence, to God and the word of his grace which is able to build them up.
The word “which is able” is rendered from the Greek “dunamis”; God’s word has the inherent power to build you up.
When you receive God’s word, you are receiving God’s power to cause a dynamic change inside of you and influence your experience in life.
So imagine what happens when via meditating on this all powerful word of God, you speak in tongues also?
“He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself…” 1 Corinthians 14:4
You can decide to elevate your life and your experience in life. Just as you dedicate time to attend conferences, dedicate time and attend to your spiritual elevation.
