“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”
1 Peter 5:7

Casting your cares on him is an expression of humility:
“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God:” 1 Peter 5:6
God has never denied that you might have an understanding of the situation and how to go about solving it, but he says:
“…lean not unto thine own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5
Instead trust him, there’s a promise of peace when you do:
“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7
There’s a promise of prosperity and abundance when you do: Jeremiah 17:7-8
And so even if you have an understanding of that situation— it’s time to be humble and instead cast those cares on him.
