“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”
1 Peter 5:7
God’s will is thanksgiving and he emphasizes it:
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18
“…understanding what the will of the Lord is… Giving thanks always for all things unto God…” Ephesians 5:17-20
Jesus had said:
“…he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.” John 6:35
When you meet him, he satisfies you- he saves you from hell, he gives you a new life, he delivers you from oppression, he heals your sickness, he provides for you and he blesses you: John 10:10, 17:2-3, Luke 8:2, 32, 13:12-16, Acts 10:38, Mark 10:14-16.
And he would never leave you, he dwells in you by his Spirit. Now that you have seen the challenge clearly, it’s time to see the greater one in and with you even more clearly and thanking him is a recognition of his presence and your consciousness that he has it settled!
