“But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭6‬:‭11‬

Follow after love; with love you’d make the best choices:
“And this is my prayer, that your love will keep on growing more and more with full knowledge and insight, so that you may be able to choose what is best and be pure…” Philippians 1:9-10, ISV
Do not let your decisions and choices be made out of selfishness and greed and do not make decisions or choices in a haste; don’t let anybody threaten you with time durations; he says follow after patience. The Bible says:
“Love is always patient…” 1 Corinthians 13:4, BBE
“that ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬
There is a promise of perfection and provision for the person who chooses patience:
“But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” James‬ ‭1‬:‭4‬
So instead of being hastened to do the wrong things in order to get quick outcomes; follow patience, follow love.
