“Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.”
Romans 12:17
See what Jesus did:
“And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.” Mark 1:35
He could have spent hours shaking the whole household and waking them up from sleep suddenly with his prayers- after all, isn’t praying necessary? But instead he got up and sought where he could pray without causing a disturbance! If it’s his name you use in prayer to the Heavenly Father, then be as conscious of others as he was and don’t use “spirituality” as an excuse for behaving poorly.
The Bible tells us: Romans 12:18
So as much as possible, choose peace and look beyond yourself in your consideration of others: 1 Corinthians 10:24
The Bible tells us:
“He that is first in his own cause seemeth just; but his neighbour cometh and searcheth him.” Proverbs 18:17
There are people who are so sure they were not the ones being offensive until the matter is elaborated and it’s clear they were in the wrong, ensure you are not such a person.
