“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”  1 John 1:7

He wants us to walk in the light he resides in; he wants to live the life he lives- this is a big deal. The Bible says:
“And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.”  1 John 5:11
God has a record, a testimony about humanity- they should have no excuses! He has made his life available- meaning that there is no limitation to what they can do and they can be all that he is!
When a man gets born again, he is one with Jesus in reality, the more he beholds the word, the more he is transformed to walk in and like the word, just like Jesus!
“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”  1 John 3:2
We are children of God even now, he says when we see him, we shall be like him because we would see him as he is; so our being like him isn’t dependent on time but how we see him- when we see him as he is, we would be as he is- manifest for all to see!
Good news! We have the word of God- the more you look, the more you become; studying the Bible ceases to be a chore but an opportunity to transform into who you really are!
