“And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.”
John 17:19

See how different from the world and how like Jesus you are, hear Jesus himself:
“And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them…” John 17:22
He had said earlier that he sought the father’s glory- that the father would glorify him with himself:
“And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.” John 17:5
Now he says, we’ve received of the same glory but this can only be visible in our lives when we get to the word, it is in spending time with the word that we behold the glory of God:
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:18
The word can’t be your difference when you’re ignorant of him. Get to the word and transform your life.
