“As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.”
Daniel 1:17

God made these boys intelligent and gave them expertise in whatever subject they got involved with, and did even more for Daniel:
He had “understanding in all visions and dreams”; so when he interpreted the vision of Beltshazzar in Daniel 5, and the second dream of Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4, it wasn’t guess work.
It’s like a trained plumber in front of a leaking pipe, he has understanding of the matter and would proffer a solution, that’s the same way Daniel could understand visions and dreams and could proffer solutions.
God’s ability to bestow such understanding hasn’t ended with Daniel, his hand hasn’t become shortened!
What’s interesting to note is that God can so influence a man and elevate his experience in every sphere of his life- spiritually, mentally and physically. You ought to be conscious of this and give no lapse or make excuses for any aspect of your life that seem to be lacking:
“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23
He can make you whole in entirety.
