“No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭8‬:‭16‬

Nobody lights a candle and hides it, for illumination purposes, almost every bulb or lamp in any location is placed in a position where it can brighten the room, else it is of no use. God thinks the same way, he says when he lights a candle, he sets it on a candlestick so everyone would be impacted by the light. The Bible says:
“…God… may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: the eyes of your understanding being enlightened…” Ephesians‬ ‭1‬:‭17‬-‭18‬
When God grants you revelation, he floods your understanding with light but he doesn’t stop there, he positions you to impact others, this means your promotion in life is directly proportional to how much light you have been given. And if you can do something about the amount of light you receive and walk in, you can do something about the promotions you experience in life.
