“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:4
Now that satan has been paralyzed:
“…that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;” Hebrews 2:14
You have nothing to fear:
“And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.” Hebrews 2:15
He is no longer a factor to be gravely considered in your sojourn on the earth and fulfilling God’s plan for your life. No matter how he shows up, the victory is yours. Those who are of the world might fret, but you are of God and have overcome:
“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4
Jesus said ‘cheer up’, don’t be troubled but cheer up, because anything that might have had the ability to derail your walk of righteousness has been overcome:
“…be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
Everybody should know this- there is a promise for now and the life to come; a promise to walk in victory, unperturbed by the fears and intimidation in the world: [1 Timothy 4:8]
