“The righteous is more excellent than his neighbour: But the way of the wicked seduceth them.”

Proverbs 12:28: In the way of righteousness is life, and in the pathway there is no death, there is no regret, isn’t that a life worth living? That’s the life Jesus calls you to, when he tells you to prioritize his word, that is the atmosphere where the father and the son inhabit:
“Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.” ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭23‬
That is true fellowship, listening to the word and acting accordingly, and truly you would not experience darkness or regrets because God is light and in him is no darkness at all (1 John 1:5), so whatever he gives you would only illuminate you and not confuse you or leave you nonplussed. Always remember, the world actually eagerly wants what you have, that’s why he not only expects you to walk in the word but to give men the word- that’s what they seek: Romans 8:19
