“Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing
give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
He says rejoice evermore- nothing should be strong
enough to keep you from rejoicing, and notice, even as
God has constantly informed us that there would be
challenges, he also is telling us to rejoice in that challenge. We have a very unfair advantage in life- any challenge that comes our way, to the God who sees the future, we have won already!
He admonishes us to pray! Jesus said;
“…men ought always to pray, and not to faint;” Luke
18:1
When you pray, something is happening, you have to be
conscious of this every time- no righteous man wastes
time in prayer, every moment spent in prayer; changes
are being effected and as a believer you ought to experience changes in every aspect of your life constantly from good to better.
He goes on to tell us our disposition in life as we go
about our day to day activities- be a thankful person; in
everything, give thanks with knowledge- all things
(events, circumstances, items, etc.) are working for your
good!
