“And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.”
Ephesians 3:19

He had said his expectations for all saints is that we comprehend the dimensions of his love:
“May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;” Ephesians 3:18
The word comprehend is katalambano, it means seize and take possession; this means even if he expects every Christian to, they would have to seize and take as their own reality the dimensions of his love; this means, you have to be conscious of his love FOR YOU; recognize he loved you first!
“We love him, because he first loved us.” 1 John 4:19
Meaning nothing you do can be so offensive that he’d turn his back on you, he turned his back on Jesus once, so you’d always have full access to him!
“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16
And no matter how far gone you seem to feel, he wouldn’t never forsake you and what’s more- he loves you so deeply, he was willing to give his life for you; nothing can be greater or deeper, and he expects you— knowing and enjoying all of this— to express such deep love to others, even the undeserving.
