“And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭18‬

God’s instruction to you is that you should be filled with the Spirit, now that you know it- do it.
Firstly, practice talking, talking God’s word to yourself, instead of rebuking yourself for a mistake you made, talk about your father in you that will enable you walk in righteousness and eradicate mistakes, remember he pays attention to the fruit of your lips.
“…speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs…”
Secondly, practice singing and what you sing is just as important as the act itself, sing praises to his name, sing his word, make melodies in your heart, replace the murmurings, complaints and palpitations with melodies.
“…singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord”
