“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭20‬:‭32‬

Look at this:
“While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.” Acts‬ ‭10‬:‭44‬ ‭KJV‬‬
The Bible says the Holy Ghost fell on ALL THEM WHICH HEARD THE WORD, so everyone listening to Peter in that room- both those who came with him and the Gentiles listening to him, had the Holy Ghost fall on them, and the Bible says: Acts 10:45-46
For the Gentiles, the change was visible, they immediately began to speak with tongues because they could not before- ‘wilderness became a fruitful field’, for those who came with Peter, they could already speak with tongues like they testified:
“And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished… because that on the Gentiles ALSO was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Acts‬ ‭10‬:‭45‬, 11:17
So they also were impacted and became better, even though it wasn’t visible, ‘that fruitful field became a forest’. So when you are in the presence of the word be conscious that things are getting better!
