“To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:” Romans 2:7

Jesus prayed to the father:
“Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.” John 17:24
But when you behold the glory of God there is a transformation:
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:18
Oh! How he wanted us to be just like him in every respect, the Bible tells us he’s not ashamed of us:
“For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,” Hebrews 2:11, see also John 17:9
He is always quick to identify with his church, because we are one: 1 Corinthians 6:17
It’s not a life of continual struggle with sin, pain and uncertainty that he has called us into but to a life of glory with a certain end because of his ability:
“Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy” Jude 1:24, 2 Corinthians 4:7
