“To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:” Romans 2:7

You have been made a king by reason of your being born again and there’s an inheritance for you, the Bible tells us:
“And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ…” Romans 8:17
Meaning whatever Jesus has access to in the father and can utilize, you also have exactly the same access and hear what Jesus said:
“All things that the Father hath are mine…” John 16:15
No wonder he called us heirs of God! As a king, God expects you to reign in life:
“…much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)” Romans 5:17
Reign over sin and all of its offshoot because it has no dominion over you: Romans 6:12, 14.
Reign over the elements of this world because you are not of this world, hence alienated from the consequences of not conforming to their rules:
“Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, (Touch not; taste not; handle not;” Colossians 2:20-21
