“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”
Philippians 2:13
Christ in you, the glorious life is now yours!
“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:” Colossians 1:27
Jesus said:
“…I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:10
So while he walked on the earth, he did good, healing all that were oppressed of the devil: Acts 10:38
The man who should have died a cripple, maimed, blind or confused or mad, met Jesus and his destiny changed, he received a miracle and became a source of inspiration and faith in God to others. Hallelujah! His life became a manifest expression of:
“…to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness…” Isaiah 61:3
But Jesus purpose was consummated:
“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.” Hebrews 2:14-15
Good news! All have been delivered, no longer under any obligation to be bound by the devil or have their destinies soiled in pain, shame and bleakness. The glory has come! Once they get born again, they have a new destiny in Christ, they have answered the call to glory, bound forever to live the glorious life:
“…the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:” 2 Peter 1:3
