“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”
Philippians 2:13

This means God’s good pleasure is revealed by his indwelling, the bible says:
“But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:10
Therefore, it is God’s good pleasure that you receive and walk in revelation; the revelation of him, because the Spirit reveals to you to deep things of God. He doesn’t stop there:
“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:12
He emphasizes that God’s good pleasure is your receiving revelation knowledge, knowing the things that have been freely given you of God, and you see that expressed throughout the epistles.
“Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” 1 Corinthians 2:13
When you have that knowledge revealed to you, he says vocalize it accordingly, it doesn’t have to align with the wisdom of men, speak the wisdom of God, the way the word of God has shown you. For example, he says:
“…that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” 1 Peter 2:24
The wisdom of men would expect you to ignore that and still cry unto God for healing, but the word of God already said, “ye WERE healed” and he expects you to speak accordingly in faith.
