“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead”
1 Peter 1:3
He is the God of hope:
“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” Romans 15:13
And based on that description, he is able to fill you with all joy and peace in believing that no situation is hopeless. Jesus never gave that idea, you shouldn’t have that idea, even when he announced seeming trials, he always emphasized hope:
“…In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
Have peace, believing and abounding in hope, knowing that God can do anything.
He wants you to abound in hope, your hope should increase even more and you shouldn’t give up or give in, contemplate and boast in his ability always:
“Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.” 1 Samuel 17:45
And no matter how gigantic that situation may seem, it will go down in a moment.
“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” Romans 5:5
If hope maketh not ashamed and he is the God of hope, then he is your God, and he will never make you ashamed:
“…he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.” 1 Peter 2:6
Rest on this reality and abound in hope.
