“Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.”
Psalms 127:1
He tells us in the main verse, that the builder of all things ought to be God, anyone who’s taking his position is wasting their time, the Bible emphasizes:
“For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.” Hebrews 3:4
He also makes clear that you are God’s house, you are God’s building:
“But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we…” Hebrews 3:6
“…ye are God’s building.” 1 Corinthians 3:9
And because he’s building you up, he gives specific resources and instructions on how to use these resources for your own progress, just like he guided Noah: Genesis 6:13-16
Because you are God’s house, you should spare no time or resources second guessing what needs to be done about your life. Give yourself wholly to the lord, abandon yourself,m and your destiny to him:
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
