“In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;”  
Titus 1:2

God’s promise before the world began was the hope of eternal life, Jesus came and made it possible for everyone to receive eternal life:
“And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.”  1 John 5:11
Anyone who believes the gospel has received eternal life and is born again in Christ; he is a new creature- a new type of man of a divine race.
Now he says:
“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”  2 Corinthians 1:20
The only answer God has for every man in Christ concerning all of his goodness unveiled in his word is an emphatic YES!
Yes, sickness is far away from you and health is yours!
Yes, you do not see the heat and the drought!
Yes, the lord is your shepherd and nothing is too good for you!
If any Christian was feeling severely ill and he were to ask God if he wanted him well, we already know God’s answer: YES!
What about wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, redemption?
“But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:”  1 Corinthians 1:30
This is what those outside the nativity of Christ are missing and it is a big deal!
