“His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”
Matthew 25:23

What you do not want to be called by Jesus is wicked and slothful: Matthew 25:26.
In your service of the lord, don’t be slothful. The Greek word for ‘slothful’, ‘okneros’ can also be rendered ‘grievous’ echoing what we see in Proverbs 10:26:
“As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him.”
The one who is slow and lazy is grievous to the sight of God and that should be not be you, the Bible admonishes us to be:
“Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;” Romans 12:11
Quick to do whatever you’re instructed to do. When Jesus sent his disciples to work for him, they were ever ready and quick about it: 22:8-9, Matthew 17:27, Mark 11:2-4.
Take away procrastination and sluggishness from your life, there is no reward for that behavior asides weeping and regrets as we see in Matthew 25:30
“Put them in mind… to be ready to every good work” Titus 3:1
