“Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?”
Matthew 20:15

In the main verse, we see an Interesting question posed by the owner of the vineyard in the story Jesus told, he asked “is thine eye evil, because I am good?”, he had paid exactly the same amount in compensation to all of his workers- those who worked through the day and those who barely worked an hour, and when the former set complained, he asked if they were offended because he was good.
Thank God he is not obligated to seek anybody’s permission to be gracious to us, else where would anybody be?
And likewise, because you are conscious of the grace he has bestowed on you irrespective of the protestations of your detractors, you also should ensure you don’t protest his grace expressed to anybody, on the contrary, you should anticipate and expect that even the worst of all sinners, would accept the grace of our loving God.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
