“Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”
1Peter 5:9

The word of God says, after casting your cares on him, be vigilant because satan would not give up on causing you to worry.
He would come with that thought again, he might even inspire certain events to make you hyperventilate about the matter, the word of God says, resist him, steadfast in the faith!
When he brings his thoughts, cast him and his thoughts out immediately standing fervently in the word of God- you might not see Jesus physically taking your concerns, nor can you see angels, going round to set things in motion- but you see the word of God and you will walk by faith not by sight!
He also gives us extra information in the main verse, he says Christians around the world are accomplishing the same affliction- the devil has given no Christian peace, because he can’t, he only has trouble, but we are identified with the Prince of peace himself and he tells us to cast out the troublemaker and his troubles!
This means, don’t consider it strange when after casting all your cares on the Lord, few minutes later, you start hearing distressing information- it is satan, nothing to be surprised about- rebuke him and his information and give thanks to the lord!
