“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.”
2Peter 3:18

God is interested in your growth! The main verse gives us the specifics, “grow in grace!”, “grow in knowledge!” not just any knowledge but the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
This means, you can know Jesus, even more! Great news!! Glorious news!!
The word “knowledge” is from the Greek “Epignosis” which means that knowledge that makes the “learner” one with what is known.
You can know that there is such a thing called a car, you can know all of the basic functions of a car, you can go extra and know in great detail how the car functions, but this knowledge becomes absolute when you begin to function as a car and understand by being, the experiences and functionalities of the car! The latter is a simple explanation of Epignosis.
God doesn’t want you to just know Jesus is real or to simply know he worked miracles while he worked on the earth, neither does he want you to remain in the knowledge that he saves, he wants you to know Jesus so well, you become his express image to your world.
Look at what is possible in your life! Take advantage of this information and begin to grow!
