Ever wondered why a believer who seemed fervent and zealous in God’s house ever became cold, unapproachable and unavailable? He tells us one of the reasons- inconsistent fellowship with the word would beget unrighteous actions that if maintained would harden an individual into consistent unrighteousness.
In the most simplest terms- being inconsistent with the word of righteousness would cause one to be consistent in the work of unrighteousness.
That would not be your experience because you have God’s word given you daily through the daily devotional- so you realize that the devotional is a strategic tool against unrighteousness in your life.
Fellowshipping with the word would sway you out of unbelief and impact faith to your Spirit, causing you to live a victorious life:
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17
“…this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4
