“And I knew that thou hearest me always…”
‭‭John‬ ‭11‬:‭42‬

The Bible assures us:
“and if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭5‬:‭15‬
Isn’t God kind? He’s always listening to you, so he can give you what you want, no wonder Jesus said:
“Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.” ‭‭John‬ ‭16‬:‭24‬
Don’t just talk anyhow, let your speech be full of and an expression of faith, hope and love not doubt and regret, God doesn’t like it:
““Your words have been harsh against Me,” says the Lord. “But you say, ‘What have we spoken against You?’ You have said, ‘It is useless to serve God. What profit is it if we keep His ordinances, and walk around like mourners before the Lord of hosts?”Malachi‬ ‭3‬:‭13‬-‭14‬, Amplified Bible
He wants your speech to always express your boastful confidence in him and as such reflect in your prayers to him.
