“…Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always…”
John 11:41-42
Do you know God hears you always? He lives in you after all:
“…And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.” 1 John 3:24
And he had made clear that he pays attention to what you say and he does have a response concerning how you think and talk about him:
“You have said horrible things about me, and yet you ask, “What have we said?” Here is what you have said: “It’s foolish to serve the LORD God All-Powerful. What do we get for obeying him..?” Malachi 3:13-14 CEV
Jesus, being fully aware that God heard him always, refused to respond as though God had failed him even while he was right in front of the tomb of the dead man Lazarus and because of his faith in God expressed in his words; a miracle was wrought:
“And he that was dead came forth…” John 11:44
