“Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace: for I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.”
Acts 18:9-10
Jesus told Paul to keep speaking and not hold his peace- he told him not to relent or calm down, read from another translation:
“Then the Lord said to Paul in a night vision, “Don’t be afraid, but keep on speaking and don’t be silent.”
Acts 18:9 HCSB
He told him keep speaking and don’t be silent; keep shining and don’t hide your light, the Bible has told us to
“…shine as lights in the world; holding forth the word of life…” Philippians 2:15-16
Keep God’s precious word of life inside of you and shine as lights in this dark world by vehemently giving men the word and don’t stop. If Jesus, considering the fierce opposition Paul faced, still told him to keep on speaking, how much more you that are yet to face such oppositions? Don’t hold your peace!
