“Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace: for I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭18‬:‭9‬-‭10‬

Be not afraid, don’t fear men that are limited in their ability to hurt any body:
“And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭12‬:‭4‬
And even better is the fact that you have God’s word as an anchor and surety of your safety, protection and progress: Luke 10:19, Hebrews 13:5-6
Notice, the reason he told Paul not to hold his peace was because he had many people in that city, who were yet to be born again or (by) hear(ing) Paul speak. Paul would have to give the gospel via his speaking and deliver them from darkness to light.
Jesus has many people where you are, but how will they come to him if you keep quiet? Don’t let the fears of men capture you into ineffectiveness! Don’t hold your peace; let the many hear you and come home!
