“Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace: for I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.”
Acts 18:9-10
When Jesus appeared to Paul, he told him: Acts 26:16-18
So there were people in darkness that he needed delivered, he knew their names and location but he needed someone to go and tell them, and he sent Paul. He knew there would be challenges on the way, he had told Ananias:
“for I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake.” Acts 9:16
but he was there with Paul to help and strengthen him to continue talking:
“Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, SAYING none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:” Acts 26:22
Isn’t it amazing, that all he has asked you to do is to talk? He didn’t say dance, compete in a marathon or kill a tiger- he just said open your mouth and give people the opportunity to live a better life. Please, don’t stop talking!
