“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:”
1 Peter 5:6

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” John 1:14
The glory of God when expressed is full of grace and full of truth, if it is the glory of God, the word of God would be manifest and instead of condemnation, the most undeserving would experience the love, kindness and favour of God.
Because we seek to express his glory wherever we find ourselves then we must walk in humility to ensure that we always emphasize the truth of his word in every situation and we express his love and kindness to all, even those we consider most undeserving:
“But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done…” Titus 3:4-5
It might not feel good, it might not even feel like the right moment, but God’s word is always beautiful for all situation and so in humility we walk accordingly!
