“But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.”
1 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭17

When you got born again, by God’s spirit you were baptized into Christ; into his body:
“For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body…” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭13
You are now in Christ, a new creation: [2 Corinthians 5:17] Just as you are one spirit with him, you are a member of his body (you ought to be a vivacious part of the body), but he doesn’t stop there:
“for we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.” Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭30‬
You are a member of his body, flesh and bones! Read that again. No wonder he tells us:
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” John‬ ‭14‬:‭12‬, Mark 16:18
Doesn’t that make spiritual sense? When we show up, God shows up in us and we are his expressions; the members of our bodies have truly become expressions of his righteousness.
