“Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.”
Mark 14:38

Train your flesh to be excited about the things of the Spirit, your body is your house and it gets even more beautiful when it is a reflection of the perfections of your spirit- which is now joined to the Lord!
He calls us good soldiers:
“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” 2 Timothy 2:3
And Jesus shows us clearly that the way to do that is to pray, as you pray and edify your spirit, you gain mastery over your flesh and it is subdued and submissive to the dictates of your spirit:
“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” Galatians 5:16
Learn to discipline yourself to be better; choose to improve yourself- improve the times you spend praying- the duration, content and focus while praying, choose to improve your studying the word of God- consider it work and plan to be successful at it.
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15
Have a plan to study the word, understanding the contents and fellowshipping with the Author of the word.
Plan times of meditations- be better at it, why will what is trending on Twitter fill your thoughts unto vanity when the truth of the word of God should take up that position and the results should trend in your life? Choose to improve yourself!
