“And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:”
1 Corinthians 1:28

Words are real and they are the fundamental source of every creation. All things were made by the word of God;
“…and without him was not any thing made that was made.” John 1:3
The bible also says:
“…God… calleth those things which be not as though they were.” Romans 4:17
Further emphasizing that, to God, words are the reality. Whatever he calls becomes real even though it is unseen, and because it is real, he unveils his plans concerning that thing accordingly:
“As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations… Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.” Romans 4:17-18
If words made everything, then it is no surprise that words can influence everything- they can make visible and make invisible, they can create and bring to nought, they can affect and influence destinies:
“And the tongue is a fire… and setteth on fire the course of nature…” James 3:6
Think about this, your tongue that is a little part of your body can do and undo:
“Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!” James 3:5
It means your reality is not what the world presents at your feet, your reality is in your mouth! If it can come out of your mouth, it can be real!!
