“For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.” Hebrews‬ ‭5‬:‭12

There is an expectation on your life as a child of God; when you got born again, God called you for a purpose:
“…them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called…” Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28‬-‭30‬
So there is someone you are expected to grow up and express; the word conform there is “summorphos” that means “jointly formed, similar in form”. At every given moment, you should be making progress in accordance with this purpose; walking in the steps of Jesus because you can; living exactly similar in form as he would. The call to grow and express Christ- by doing the word, and eventually teaching the word is a call to be great in God’s kingdom:
“…but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭19‬
